CELINE Stock Advisor position in Venice, Italy. Part-time 20-hour role managing luxury fashion inventory, deliveries, and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master and execute internal stock management processes including transfers and after-sales service
- Control the complete flow of goods: entries, exits, receipt of deliveries (products, packaging, uniforms), quality control and transfers
- Track and analyze stock through regular rotating inventory counts
- Prepare and conduct tax inventories in collaboration with store manager and head office
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions in partnership with management
- Maintain proper organization and storage of stockroom space according to the "easy to find, easy to sell" principle
- Replenish, prepare and integrate products into the point of sale
- Process and track customer reservations related to the sales team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within fashion or luxury sector
- Proficiency with computer systems, ideally CEGID
- Fluency in Italian and English (third language a plus)
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, and empathy
