Role & Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces with Pattern Making, Development, Warehouse departments, and external suppliers during sampling and industrialization phases, ensuring adherence to CELINE's aesthetic, industrial, and quality standards
• Supervise and update follow-up files throughout various project phases
• Create and maintain master specifications for Special Works (SL)
• Ensure accurate product data management and entry into PLM systems
• Coordinate testing procedures and complete associated follow-up documentation
• Collaborate with the Quality department from sample development phase through process homologation prior to production launch
• Independently plan and organize activities to ensure timely and accurate industrialization with adherence to production launch timelines
• Evaluate defects and propose corrective solutions
• Partner with the Production Finishing Industrialization Team to identify and manage critical assembly issues related to special processes (SL) during production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within high-end and luxury manufacturing
• Proficiency in English; French language knowledge is a valued asset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent knowledge of PLM systems, preferably SAP
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to manage competing priorities
• Leadership qualities, proactivity, and openness to innovation
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and industrialization roles, preferably within the luxury and high-end manufacturing sector. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex interfacing between design, development, and production teams with proven ability to lead projects independently whilst maintaining technical and qualitative excellence.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
