CELINE is hiring a Special Work Development & Industrialization Specialist in Strada in Chianti, Italy. EUR 35,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage interfaces with Pattern Making, Development, Warehouse departments, and external suppliers during sampling and industrialization phases, ensuring compliance with CELINE's aesthetic, industrial, and quality standards
- Supervise and update follow-up files throughout various production phases
- Create master specifications for Special Works (SL)
- Ensure correct management and entry of product data into PLM systems
- Coordinate testing procedures and complete related follow-up documentation
- Collaborate with the Quality department from sample development phase, overseeing process homologation before production launch
- Autonomously plan and organize activities to ensure correct and timely industrialization with adherence to production timelines
- Evaluate defects and propose and implement corrective solutions
- Collaborate with the PF Industrialization Team to identify and manage critical issues related to special assembly processes during production
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in high-end and luxury manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent knowledge of PLM systems, preferably SAP
- Fluent English (French preferred)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar technical and industrialization roles, preferably within high-end and luxury manufacturing companies specializing in leather goods or comparable sectors.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
