CELINE Silhouette Trainer – Ready-to-Wear & Shoes role in Paris, France. Design and deliver luxury retail training programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs dedicated to Ready-to-Wear and Shoes aligned with overall business and retail strategy
- Develop engaging training materials across multiple formats and learning modalities, including new launches, seasonal collections, capsules, and permanent product lines
- Translate product and silhouette knowledge into clear, inspiring, and actionable learning content for retail teams
- Deliver impactful training sessions both face-to-face and remotely to retail teams and regional learning communities
- Facilitate learning sessions around product knowledge, styling, silhouette, and selling readiness
- Support and coordinate training preparation, administration, and follow-up to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives
- Monitor regional roll-out and training outreach to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets
- Analyze training impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner with HQ product development and merchandising teams to develop, implement, and assess training programs
- Support the wider retail learning community and contribute to building a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent higher education background
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative professional experience in luxury retail, training, product development, or collection merchandising ideally within Ready-to-Wear and/or Shoes
- Solid understanding of luxury retail environment and its standards
- Experience working directly with stores or in close partnership with retail teams
- Experience in designing and delivering training content across multiple learning formats
- Strong knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, fashion industry, fabrics, and materials
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken

Experience
Minimum 5 years of cumulative professional experience in a relevant field, with proven background in luxury retail, training, product development, or collection merchandising, ideally within Ready-to-Wear and/or Shoes. Direct experience working with store teams or regional learning communities and demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering training content across multiple learning modalities.
Education
University degree or equivalent higher education background required.
