Role & Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for Business Planning, Distribution Planning and Supply Planning streams: translate business needs into technical requirements, scope projects and drive delivery.
• Coordinate development and business testing; liaise closely with IT/DSI teams to ensure alignment and on-time releases.
• Manage and coach Application Owners across central and regional teams and lead change management for new tools and processes.
• Serve as key user and subject-matter contributor to the NOVA SAP programme: participate in design workshops, validate developments and lead user testing.
• Define project objectives, implement governance and KPI frameworks, develop and maintain performance dashboards, and monitor indicators with business partners.
• Initiate and facilitate steering committees and stakeholder forums; prepare executive-level reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Line-manage and mentor an intern to support project delivery and operational follow-up.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an engineering or business school (Grande École or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, with proven experience in the luxury sector.
• Demonstrated track record as a Product Owner or project leader on planning/distribution/supply chain topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional influencing skills, including experience briefing C‑Level audiences.
• Proven capability in change management and running governance for KPIs and dashboards.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in supply chain functions, including project management roles and participation in ERP (SAP) implementation programmes. Experience in luxury goods or premium retail environments is required, with exposure to cross‑regional operations and Central–Region collaboration.

Education

Master’s degree (engineering school or business school) or equivalent.
