Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret design sketches and creative inputs from the Design Office, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with pattern makers and internal artisans to develop prototypes and samples within strict deadlines
- Manage external suppliers for sample production, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
- Collect and integrate technical feedback on prototypes to optimize subsequent development phases
- Enter and maintain technical data within the PLM system to track collection progress accurately
- Compile comprehensive technical sheets for prototypes and samples, defining technical combinations and material pairings
- Verify Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure cost accuracy and feasibility across all samples
- Monitor adherence to development calendar deadlines and material availability with the Research team
- Prepare product reviews in advance to identify improvement opportunities and gather stakeholder feedback
- Serve as the primary liaison between Design, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors throughout the development process

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in product development within the luxury leather goods sector
- Expert proficiency with Centric PLM system
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent English (mandatory); French language skills are a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both creative design teams and technical artisans
- Proven capacity to resolve technical issues and manage supply delays during prototyping phases
