CELINE seeks a Senior FP&A Director in New York to lead North America financial planning, budgeting and analysis (CELINE, New York).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead North America financial planning & analysis: construct, manage and monitor annual budget, reforecasts and strategic plans in alignment with HQ guidelines.
  • Drive monthly P&L, KPI and variance analysis, delivering executive summaries, management reporting packages and dashboards on sales, gross margin, inventory and OPEX.
  • Provide in‑depth financial and business analysis to support strategic decisions, profitability improvement and operational performance enhancements.
  • Oversee Capex planning and review: prepare Capex requests, run store opening / lease renewal simulations, and perform post‑mortem analyses.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate monthly financial close, due diligence, risk identification and appropriate financial statement treatment.
  • Manage, coach and develop the finance team to deliver value‑added analyses and autonomous business support.
  • Improve processes and internal controls across closing, reporting and budgeting cycles; implement efficiencies and reinforce policy adherence.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc requests from local management and central finance teams; coordinate with the LVMH Fashion Group CFO and North America President.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is advantageous.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience with substantial responsibility in FP&A; prior retail industry experience is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail facilities/real estate-related financial analysis preferred.
  • Experience working in an international company and/or with an auditing firm is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams and interacting with executive stakeholders.
