Role & Responsibilities

  • Support budget preparation on sales, margin, and expenses, including balance sheet and cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasts with business departments.
  • Assist in monthly closing, collaborating with accounting and various functions to ensure accurate and complete bookings.
  • Conduct financial analysis on variances, providing insightful commentary compared to historical data and forecasts.
  • Partner with all departments to review potential risks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management, such as investment planning and stock evaluation.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Over 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in retail, FMCG, or fashion industries.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Over 5-6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or fashion sectors.

Education

University degree in Finance or Accounting.
