Celine — Senior Collection Merchandiser, Women's Textile Accessories (CDD maternity cover) in Paris. Contract June 2026–Jan 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the seasonal collection plan for women's textile accessories in line with Maison strategy, studio direction and Retail/Wholesale purchasing budgets.
- Shape collection architecture: product families, price segments and typologies to secure commercial balance and brand coherence.
- Monitor collection development to ensure representation of market needs and internal category balance; update working tools and panoramas.
- Track pre-buy and inventory timelines relative to production lead times; supervise receipt and inventory of collections.
- Define collection pricing and steer margin optimisation; produce analyses and participate in pricing/margin reviews with senior management.
- Drive assortment and edition decisions: brief collections, contribute to delivery group definitions and participate in commercial presentations.
- Maintain and update product data within PLM; ensure product descriptions and normalisations are compliant with standards.
- Coordinate replenishment requests with commercial, production and supply teams; manage end-of-life and library offering adjustments.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to analyse competitors’ assortment size and price structure and feed insights to Studio and Development teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or university, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years' demonstrable experience in collection merchandising — ideally within luxury fashion accessories or apparel.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven analytical rigour, strong organisational skills and commercial sensitivity.
- Autonomous, innovative and agile with a keen product sense and ability to collaborate with Studio and Development teams.
- Strong team spirit and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
Senior-level merchandising background with at least 7 years in collection merchandising or buying for women's accessories/textiles within fashion; experience across Retail and Wholesale channels preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or university, or equivalent.
