Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead collection development oversight and ensure adequate coverage of woven and knit fabric assortments
  • Define collection frameworks aligned with retail and wholesale purchasing budgets, studio direction, and house strategy
  • Identify and pre-purchase seasonal fabrics; analyze volumes and delivery timelines to optimize product launches and conduct quarterly reviews of standard quantities
  • Participate in budget preparation and strategic planning initiatives
  • Coordinate production follow-up and restock coordination across retail, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
  • Conduct sell-in and sell-out performance analyses; deliver ad-hoc market studies to inform future collection strategy
  • Provide market feedback and showroom insights to Product Development and Studio teams
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategy recommendations in collaboration with Product Development
  • Monitor competitive landscape and analyze competitor offerings
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analyses on specific strategic topics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 (Université, Grande École de Commerce, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in collection merchandising
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous organizational discipline
