Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee collection development tracking and ensure comprehensive coverage of warp and weft fabric requirements aligned with market demands and retail/wholesale buying budgets
- Define collection scope and frameworks in collaboration with Studio and central strategy; conduct quarterly reviews of standard quantities
- Identify and pre-purchase seasonal fabrics; analyze volumes and lead times to ensure efficient product launches
- Conduct sell-in and sell-out performance analysis; develop ad-hoc studies to inform future collection strategy
- Provide market feedback and showroom insights to Product Development and Studio teams
- Establish competitive pricing strategy for product lines in coordination with Product Development teams
- Maintain competitive intelligence; analyze competitor offerings and conduct deep competitive analysis on strategic topics
- Manage production follow-up and coordinate replenishment across retail, production, and supply chain functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in collection merchandising within luxury fashion
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a university or business school, or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated rigor and organizational discipline
- Proven sense of product and sensitivity to fashion aesthetics
- Ability to work autonomously with strong innovation and agility
