CELINE Toronto — Senior Client Advisor (Yorkdale). Full‑time luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales leadership and product expertise at CELINE's Yorkdale store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed individual and team sales targets; be accountable for personal KPIs and actively support colleagues to reach store objectives.
- Welcome and advise clients across all product categories, cultivating exemplary service through personalised consultations and product expertise.
- Lead clienteling activities using available CRM tools to deepen relationships, develop existing clients and recruit new high‑value clientele.
- Act as a role model for brand standards—grooming, behaviour and product knowledge—and mentor junior advisors through training and a buddy system.
- Support daily store operations including floor management, stock handling, opening/closing procedures and after‑sales service.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store standards as required to maintain an elevated client experience.
Qualifications
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum five years' retail experience with a strong emphasis on sales; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record managing a substantial client book and driving repeat, high‑value sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, social perceptiveness and strong client service orientation.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude, action orientation and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on sales; prior experience in luxury retail and demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage a multi‑million dollar client book.
