Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accountability for results and supporting colleagues in their sales performance
  • Welcome and enhance the client experience by providing expert product guidance across all brand categories and collections
  • Demonstrate advanced clienteling skills and sales leadership using available CRM tools to develop and recruit new clients and cultivate long-term relationships
  • Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge, maintaining comprehensive understanding of collections and company policies
  • Perform as an engaged team member, participating in activities that contribute to overall store objectives and performance
  • Uphold Céline brand standards in terms of personal grooming and professional behavior at all times
  • Assist store management with daily operational tasks including floor management, inventory operations, and opening and closing procedures
  • Mentor and support team members through proactive coaching, buddy systems, and integration of new staff
  • Support additional store operations as needed, including stock management, visual merchandising, and after-sales services

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience with demonstrated sales focus, preferably in luxury retail environments
