CELINE seeks a Senior Client Advisor for its Madison Avenue boutique in New York; hourly pay $27–$30, full‑time role focused on sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including consignment objectives.
- Use thorough product knowledge to maximise sales, units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain the boutique’s visual and service standards.
- Capture and maintain accurate client information in the CRM/database; expand and manage a personal client book.
- Proactively promote store events and client outreach through email, phone and personalised correspondence.
- Coordinate follow‑up for client orders, shipping, alterations and any after‑sales issues.
- Assist with general housekeeping and upkeep of the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving and inventory control activities as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales orientation; candidates with an existing client book are strongly preferred.
- Passion for luxury product and appreciation for fashion and design.
- Service‑oriented with exemplary interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Tech‑savvy and able to learn and use CRM, POS and other retail software tools.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Experience
Beginner-level retail experience acceptable; prior luxury retail or clienteling experience is advantageous and candidates bringing a client book will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
