Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in reaching their goals.
  • Welcome and enhance the client experience, advising clients across all product categories.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit new clients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
  • Participate in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
  • Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
  • Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
  • Support the Store Manager in team development and integration of newcomers.
  • Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.
  • Handle additional responsibilities such as stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales as needed.

Qualifications

  • Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Experience
