CELINE seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Las Vegas (Crystals) to drive sales, grow a client book and deliver exceptional luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and meet consignment objectives.
- Deliver consultative, product‑led selling to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Develop, maintain and expand a personal client book through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Capture and accurately enter client data into the store database or CRM for active clienteling.
- Promote store events and client communications via email, phone and personalized correspondence.
- Coordinate client follow‑up on shipping, alterations and post‑sales service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support store operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving and general housekeeping to maintain brand presentation.
- Adhere to all company policies and visual/image standards.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude; candidates with an active client book strongly preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design and craftsmanship.
- Service‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and use retail POS, CRM and other store systems.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Retail sales experience preferred; entry to mid‑level candidates considered, with priority given to those who bring an existing client book or demonstrable high‑end sales track record.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or luxury‑brand training is a plus.
