Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Integrate expert product knowledge into each interaction to maximise units sold per transaction and increase average transaction value.
  • Develop, maintain and expand a high‑value client book through regular outreach, event promotion and personalised communications.
  • Capture and update all relevant customer information in the CRM/database to enable targeted follow‑up and client development.
  • Promote store events and private appointments using email, telephone and handwritten notes to cultivate long‑term relationships.
  • Manage client follow‑up including shipping, alterations and after‑sales issues to ensure exceptional service and retention.
  • Support store standards: housekeeping, visual presentation and brand image maintenance.
  • Assist with receiving, shipping and inventory control as requested to safeguard stock and support merchandising operations.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and loss‑prevention procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in luxury retail sales; experience with leather goods or fashion apparel strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a client book; candidates already holding an active client list are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
