Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Lead and empower the sales team to deliver elevated customer service and achieve maximum sales results
- Coordinate use of client relationship resources including training tools and client books to provide refined service
- Manage floor supervision levels to enhance sales performance
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service standards
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and serve as a proactive mentor and problem solver
- Operate POS system and its inventory management functions effectively
- Open and close the store in compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring tender accuracy and reconciliation
- Administer follow-up documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink reduction requirements
- Partner with the Visual Manager to ensure merchandising standards align with brand vision
- Support the Regional Visual Manager in planning, scheduling, and implementing compelling visual environments
- Review sales trends frequently and take corrective action to increase positive performance
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular team meetings
- Supervise the team and implement company policies while adhering to proper disciplinary procedures in the absence of store management
- Identify individual and team training needs in partnership with the store manager
Qualifications
- Business School degree, university degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
- Proficiency in standard business software including Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in a luxury goods setting. Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in managing sales teams, driving revenue performance, and delivering elevated customer service in a premium retail environment.
Education
Business School, university degree, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable competency and industry knowledge.
