Role & Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals while maximizing units sold per transaction and transaction value
• Lead and empower the sales team to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve maximum sales results
• Coordinate utilization of client relationship resources including training tools and client books to ensure elevated service delivery
• Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring, buddy systems, and integration of new associates
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of company policies and provide guidance to Client Advisors
• Manage floor supervision levels to optimize sales results and oversee stock, store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales as needed
• Assist with various customer service issues and empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest
• Execute effective POS system and inventory management functions, ensuring accurate store opening and closing procedures
• Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements while administering follow-up and paperwork in a timely manner
• Partner with the Visual Manager to implement merchandising standards and support the Regional Visual Manager in planning and executing compelling visual environments
• Develop and empower staff through goal-setting and regular team meetings, supervising team compliance with company policies
• Identify individual and team training needs in partnership with store management

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Business school degree, university degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
• Strong proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions

Skills

Experience

Minimum 7 years of sales experience in a retail setting, preferably luxury retail. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate computer literacy and the ability to quickly master various software applications used in retail operations.

Education

Business School, University degree, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable expertise in luxury retail sales and supervision.
