CELINE Security Manager position in Paris, France. Lead multi-site retail security, loss prevention, and event safety for luxury maison within LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy security strategy for retail stores and headquarters across France and Monaco
- Manage technical security systems including alarm maintenance, CCTV operations, and access control systems; provide first-level support to boutiques and maintain surveillance records
- Conduct loss and incident analysis, support boutiques with technical assistance including video review and complaint filing; contribute to loss prevention strategy and verify adherence to security guidelines
- Source, contract, and oversee key performance indicators for security and guarding service providers; manage occasional reinforcement deployments and guard budgets with multi-year investment planning
- Conduct employee training on shrinkage prevention and serious event management; track security training compliance, draft and update procedures, and produce annual reporting
- Facilitate store manager meetings, control access rights and badge issuance, and enhance crisis management and business continuity processes
- Advise store planning on security requirements during new boutique openings and retrofits; validate CCTV, anti-intrusion, and access control implementation plans and conduct handovers on new spaces
- Maintain technological awareness of security solutions and recommend improvements to technical guidelines
- Provide security expertise and operational reinforcement for house events including fashion shows, content capture sessions, showrooms, and high-end client gatherings
- Manage administrative requests with local authorities relating to events and oversee collection transfers between sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in a security-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in security roles with multi-site retail point-of-sale management
- Technical certification such as CT CERIC or SSIAP3
- Demonstrated experience managing security in a luxury environment
- Background in law enforcement (Gendarmerie or Police) with project management experience in safety and security matters is valued
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed and manage stress effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proven collaborative team-working ability
- High standards of discretion and confidentiality

Experience
Minimum 5 years in security management with multi-site retail point-of-sale oversight. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous. Background in law enforcement with project management responsibilities related to security and safety concerns is also considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in security-related discipline. Technical certifications such as CT CERIC or SSIAP3 are desirable.
