Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Integrate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database for client relationship management
- Build and maintain an active client book through consistent follow-up and personalized communication
- Promote store events through email, phone contact, and personalized correspondence
- Follow up on all shipping, alteration requests, and customer-related issues to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
