Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver personalized styling advice, ensuring each interaction reflects the house's commitment to exceptional service
• Contribute to boutique sales targets and revenue objectives through strategic product recommendations and upselling
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through attentive engagement and follow-up
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and point-of-sale operational excellence
• Support product restocking, transfers, and customer service procedures in accordance with internal guidelines
• Embody the Celine brand ethos through authentic, creative engagement and commitment to excellence
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and support omnichannel retail practices

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion, design, and luxury goods
• Ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Natural curiosity, optimism, and empathetic disposition
• Initiative-taking mindset with service orientation
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language preferred

Entry-level or beginner retail experience acceptable; prior luxury retail exposure or fashion background preferred but not required.

Education
