Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales revenue growth and the achievement of store targets.
• Welcome and advise clients, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Share product expertise with clients.
• Show initiative and confidence in recommending complementary products.
• Help attract and retain clients by building privileged, lasting relationships with each one.
• Maintain the store's presentation.
• Support store operations alongside the team, including visual merchandising, replenishment, transfers, after-sales service and stock management.
• Master and comply with internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the Maison's digital development.
• Represent CELINE and the group as an ambassador.
• Embody the CELINE spirit through creativity and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong sensitivity to product and fashion.
• Ability to understand and exceed client needs to deliver the best possible client experience.
• Enjoys challenges and is motivated to achieve shared targets.
• Initiative, service orientation, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism and empathy.
• Fluent French and English; a third language is an asset.
