CELINE seeks a Sales Assistant in Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive) — hourly $21–$25; join the luxury retail team in Beverly Hills, CA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately using the store POS system.
- Capture and maintain client data in the customer database; ensure timely follow-up on client communications.
- Verify pricing and prepare merchandise — wrap, bag and present goods to brand standards.
- Answer incoming phone calls and support client request management.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, merchandising, inventory control and back-of-house tasks.
- Assist store management with ad hoc projects and maintain the retail environment to uphold store image and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Business school, university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience with stockroom/back-of-house functions and inventory control.
- Customer service orientation with a passion for luxury product and design.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
