CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Venice (temporary) to deliver luxury service, grow client relationships and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a refined, comfortable in‑store experience that reflects the Maison’s standards.
- Advise customers on product features, brand heritage and styling; proactively propose complementary items to maximise sales.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and client development.
- Build and maintain privileged, long‑term relationships with clients to support retention and loyalty.
- Participate in daily store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, inventory tasks and after‑sales service.
- Adhere to internal procedures, loss‑prevention and brand guidelines while acting as an ambassador of CELINE.
- Support the digital evolution of the boutique by adopting clienteling tools and omnichannel workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable product and fashion sensitivity with strong knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences.
- Collaborative team player with a service mindset, curiosity, resilience and professional discretion.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a track record of achieving sales objectives and developing client relationships.
