Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service to clients.
  • Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for store events to existing and potential customers.
  • Assist in stock taking, replenishing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
  • Support merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Tactful in handling customers and independent in work. Possess a good fashion sense. Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with retail or luxury industry backgrounds.

Education

College degree or above.
