CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Copenhagen to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and uphold the Maison’s refined image.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and a strong commercial mindset.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand needs, deliver personalised advice, and propose complementary products using cross-selling techniques.
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience at every touchpoint — welcome, styling, product storytelling and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through disciplined clienteling and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Support day-to-day store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, stock transfers, inventory control and after-sales processes.
- Represent CELINE’s brand image and values in all interactions, preserving high standards of personal presentation and boutique environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster positive team spirit and contribute to a harmonious, goal-oriented work environment.
- Adhere to internal procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure operational excellence and loss-prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within fashion or the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert high-net-worth client interactions into transactions.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and storytelling ability to convey product heritage and craftsmanship.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, ideally in luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion, or luxury hospitality preferred.
