Role & Responsibilities
- Drive point‑of‑sale performance by contributing to sales targets and actively developing client relationships to increase revenue and retention.
- Greet, advise and deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects CELINE’s standards of elegance and service.
- Share in‑depth product knowledge and styling expertise to present merchandise insightfully and suggest complementary items.
- Execute visual merchandising, replenishment, transfers, after‑sales service and stock management to maintain boutique presentation and operational readiness.
- Respect and apply internal procedures, brand guidelines and digital initiatives; act as an ambassador for CELINE and the wider group.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail (3 years preferred).
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Demonstrated product sensitivity and strong knowledge of fashion/leather goods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial drive and a taste for targets and teamwork.
- Autonomy, initiative, creativity, empathy and a service‑oriented mindset aligned with brand standards.

Minimum 2 years of professional retail experience in fashion or luxury; 3 years preferred. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
Education
