Celine seeks a Retail Training Trainee in New York to support seasonal collection training, create learning content, and coordinate onboarding programs. Temporary, full-time role at $20/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation of seasonal collection training in partnership with the merchandising team
- Create engaging video content and develop training modules for retail personnel
- Coordinate departmental onboarding programs and in-person training facilitations
- Track and update leader coaching participation metrics on a weekly basis
- Monitor and report on mystery shopping scores and performance trends
- Ensure compliance with digital learning requirements across all store locations through leader outreach and weekly reporting
- Track individual employee learning progression from hire through proficiency
- Monitor and document monthly training hours delivered by the retail training team
- Update weekly learning curriculum materials for store team distribution
- Maintain current onboarding resources and communicate updates to store leadership welcoming new hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of internship or working experience
- Passion for luxury products with demonstrated appreciation for design
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Canva
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
- Creative with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous fashion or retail sales experience preferred

1-2 years of internship or working experience in a related field; previous fashion or retail sales experience is advantageous.
