CELINE — Retail Trainee, Brand Partnerships in Los Angeles. Temporary on‑site role (60% travel) supporting inventory, events and client deliveries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Partnerships team with stock and operations for in‑store and out‑of‑network events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process client transactions on the POS and assist with order fulfillment, inter‑store transfers, and shipping/receiving tasks.
- Prepare merchandise for clients, including wrapping, bagging and ensuring high packaging standards.
- Maintain organized, secure and efficient inventory storage; participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock and supporting client delivery tracking and troubleshooting.
- Support visual merchandising and operations teams with moving, storing and maintaining fixtures and furniture at events and retail locations.
- Document inventory issues (damages, returns) and assist in completing inventory paperwork under supervision.
- Learn and adhere to selling ceremonies and client experience protocols in remote/event environments.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student able to work full‑time, or recent graduate / early career retail professional.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% to retail locations for events and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy with a readiness to learn new retail and inventory software; comfortable using POS systems.
- Customer service orientation, strong observation and listening skills, and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.

Experience
Entry‑level; no prior specialized retail experience required. Demonstrated eagerness to learn in a luxury retail environment and basic familiarity with computer systems is preferred.
Education
Current college or university undergraduate (able to work full‑time) or recent graduate / early career retail professional.
