CELINE seeks a Temporary Retail Sales Advisor in Saint‑Tropez, France — seasonal full‑time boutique role (May–September) delivering client service and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and contribute to achieving boutique revenue targets through proactive client development and personalised service.
- Welcome and advise clients, delivering an exceptional and tailored in‑store experience while sharing expert product knowledge.
- Identify and propose complementary products to increase average transaction value and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Support daily boutique operations: visual merchandising, replenishment, stock management, transfers and after‑sales service (SAV).
- Adhere to internal procedures and brand guidelines while representing CELINE with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to the boutique’s digital initiatives and omnichannel execution when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail, ideally in fashion or luxury; 3 years preferred.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Strong product sensitivity and deep interest in fashion and leather goods.
- Proven clienteling skills and a track record of building durable customer relationships.
- Service orientation, initiative, commercial drive, creativity, empathy and a collaborative mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of proven experience in fashion or luxury retail; experience in a boutique environment with direct client responsibility is preferred (3 years ideal).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, luxury retail or related fields is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Nice.
