Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable stock management and lead periodic inventories across all stores to maintain exceptional stock accuracy.
- Drive operational excellence by optimising back‑of‑house processes, space utilisation and in‑store workflows in collaboration with EME Operations & Performance.
- Act as a business partner to Store Managers and Retail Managers to identify performance opportunities, implement action plans and support local execution.
- Oversee openings and closures, manage store maintenance and liaise with subcontractors/vendors to ensure boutiques meet brand standards.
- Train and coach store teams on operational best practices, stock management and omni‑channel procedures to elevate client experience.
- Manage non‑merchandise inventory (packaging, uniforms, store tools, stationery), control related budgets and ensure compliance with maison standards.
- Monitor operational costs with the Retail Director and propose optimisation opportunities across the regional network.
- Participate in and lead cross‑functional regional projects, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain, CRM, Finance and EME teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree.
- Minimum five years’ experience in retail operations, preferably within fashion or luxury, with country or regional responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop store teams; experience in change management and project deployment at scale.
- Strong strategic vision with proven capability to define roadmaps, prioritise initiatives and deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills; meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Willingness to be market‑based in London and spend at least 50% of time working in stores.
