CELINE in Munich seeks a Retail Operations Manager — Central Europe to lead regional retail performance, inventory and store operations (permanent, full‑time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across the Central Europe retail network, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards and in‑store processes.
- Own stock management and inventory accuracy: plan and conduct store inventories, safeguard BOH integrity and optimise stock flow and space usage.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Store Managers and Retail leadership to improve retail performance, clienteling and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Lead regional operational projects including new store openings and closures, vendor/subcontractor coordination and facilities upkeep.
- Train and coach store teams on operational best practices, stock management and uniform/look protocols to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Monitor and follow up on internal control and compliance audits, supporting corrective action plans aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations & Performance, Supply Chain, CRM and Finance to align processes, budgets and local implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum five years’ experience in retail operations with responsibilities at a country or regional level, preferably in fashion or luxury.
- Proven capability to lead, coach and develop operational teams; strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience defining roadmaps, prioritising initiatives and executing regional projects.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Availability to work from the market HQ and spend at least 50% of working time in stores.

Minimum 5 years of progressive retail operations experience at a country or regional level, ideally within fashion or luxury, with demonstrated leadership and project execution skills.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
