CELINE — Retail Operations Intern (France & Monaco) in Paris (75002). 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026 supporting retail operations and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support in‑store stock management and assist with inventory planning, execution and reconciliation.
- Contribute to optimisation of back‑of‑house space and retail processes; participate in operational improvement projects.
- Provide operational assistance for boutique openings, renovations and closures and help update retail procedures and guidelines.
- Support retail performance monitoring: compile KPI data, produce reportings and basic analyses to inform the Retail Operations Manager.
- Coordinate management of non‑merchandise items (packaging, uniforms, boutique tools), support order follow‑up, stock distribution and uniform allocation.
- Act as an operational point of contact for boutiques and liaise regularly with store teams to address operational needs.
- Collaborate transversely with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution of retail initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (business school, university or equivalent) with a school internship agreement required.
- Availability for a full‑time, six‑month internship beginning July 2026 in Paris (75002).
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and a proactive attitude; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Good analytical and coordination capabilities; able to produce clear reporting and support KPI monitoring.
- Professional proficiency in English and native/ fluent French.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic data manipulation.

Beginner level — current students with limited professional experience. Previous internships or practical exposure to retail operations, visual merchandising or supply chain support are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (business school, university or equivalent); school internship agreement required.
