Role & Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance analyses for the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including weekly consolidated reports and monthly updates on Fragrance Ambassadors.
• Deliver ad-hoc analytical projects (e.g. cluster segmentation, new product launches, non-sellable stock analysis).
• Coordinate 360° activation activity with the marketing/activation team to support new product launches and boutique openings; ensure internal communication of initiatives.
• Animate the worldwide Fragrance & Beauty ambassador community: organise regular meetings, publish seasonal newsletters and track the monthly performance of annual challenges.
• Conduct competitor monitoring during commercial peaks (product launches, digital campaigns, pop-ups) and summarise findings for the team.
• Support bi-monthly regional meetings, liaise with cross-functional teams on specific requests, and co-prepare key committees (perfume committee, 3YP and budget reviews).
• Assist the roll-out of the perfume engraving service and manage one end-to-end project from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s level student (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing, merchandising or equivalent (mandatory school internship agreement).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid command of the Pack Office suite.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in data consolidation and performance reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills, reliability, intellectual rigour and the ability to present findings succinctly.
• Agility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English to liaise with worldwide regions.

Entry-level internship; suitable for students in their final year (Bac+4/5). No prior professional experience required, though academic projects or previous internships in retail/beauty/analytics are advantageous.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in business, marketing, merchandising or a related field; mandatory school internship agreement.
