Celine is recruiting a full-time Retail Merchandising Assistant intern in Paris for the Women’s RTW and Textile Accessories categories, within its Central Merchandising or EME Merchandising Department. The six-month internship is scheduled to begin in January 2027 and requires a school internship agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build relationships with regional teams and internal stakeholders, including Visual Merchandising, Training, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare weekly reports analysing regional and product performance, and track key indicators.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses.
- Prepare monthly meetings with regional teams.
- Prepare and participate in buying sessions with Merchandisers during showrooms.
- Support product launches.
- Analyse products and benchmark competitors.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree at a business school or equivalent university programme.
- A first internship in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail would be appreciated.
- Strong analytical aptitude and a genuine interest in products.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, deliver high-quality reports in a demanding environment, and work autonomously quickly.
- Strong interest in Retail and Fashion.
- Fluent English.
- A school internship agreement is mandatory.
