Céline Paris seeks Retail Merchandising Assistant for Accessories category—6-month internship beginning January 2027. Bac+4/5 student required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse weekly performance reports covering zones and products, tracking key performance indicators
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers; monitor and follow-up on corresponding action plans
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and competitive benchmarking on product performance
- Prepare and coordinate monthly meetings with regional zones
- Support preparation and participation in buying sessions with merchandisers during showroom events
- Assist with product launches across channels
- Analyse product assortments and conduct competitive market analysis
Qualifications
- Enrolled as final-year student (Bac+4/5) in a business school or equivalent university programme
- Strong analytical aptitude and demonstrated interest in product-focused analysis
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to prioritise multiple concurrent tasks and work autonomously under demanding conditions
- Prior internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail operations preferred
- Genuine passion for retail and fashion industry

Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree (approximately four to five years of tertiary education) from a business school or equivalent university programme in a related discipline.
