CELINE Retail Merchandising Assistant internship in Paris. Support luxury merchandise planning and analysis across apparel and leather goods categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly performance reports analyzing sales metrics by zone and product category, tracking key performance indicators
- Identify growth opportunities and best-selling products, with follow-up on related action plans
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and competitive benchmarking
- Prepare and coordinate monthly meetings with regional zones
- Assist in buying sessions with Merchandisers during showroom presentations
- Support product launches and provide analytical insights on merchandise positioning
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Training, and Supply Chain teams on cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme in a business school or equivalent university programme
- Strong analytical aptitude and genuine interest in product strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated attention to detail and rigorous approach to data management
- Fluent English

Experience
Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail operations is preferred; however, highly motivated candidates demonstrating strong analytical capabilities will be considered.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree from a business school or equivalent university programme.
