CELINE Paris: Retail Merchandising Assistant internship, 6 months full-time from January 2027. Support merchandising operations across fashion and leather goods categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis of zones and products, tracking key performance indicators
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, follow up on action plans
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses as required by merchandising leadership
- Prepare materials and agendas for monthly zone meetings
- Prepare for and participate in buying sessions with merchandisers during showroom appointments
- Provide support for product launches across assigned categories
- Conduct product analysis and competitive benchmarking
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bac+4/5 commerce school or equivalent university programme
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical aptitude with genuine product affinity
- Attention to detail and rigorous work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated interest in retail and fashion sectors
Skills
Experience
Prior internship experience in retail merchandising, business planning, or retail operations is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills and product affinity are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bac+4/5 degree in commerce, business administration, or equivalent university-level programme in a related field.
