Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly reporting and performance analyses by zone and product category; monitor and report key performance indicators.
- Identify growth opportunities and best‑selling items; track and follow up on action plans with local zones.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and competitive product benchmarking to support merchandising decisions.
- Prepare materials and present at monthly commercial meetings with regional zones.
- Support merchandisers during showroom buying sessions and assist with purchase preparation.
- Contribute to product launches by coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring retail readiness.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (Visual Merchandising, Training, Supply Chain) and regional zone contacts to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/5) in business, fashion management or equivalent; school internship agreement required.
- Prior internship experience in retail merchandising, business planning or retail operations is preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and an evident interest in product.

Entry-level — early career candidates. A previous internship in retail merchandising, business planning or a related retail function is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s-level student (Bac+4/5) in a business school, fashion management program or equivalent university degree; academic internship agreement required.
