CELINE — Retail Merchandising Assistant internship in Paris (Women's RTW & Textile Accessories). 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Central/EME Retail Merchandising teams for Women’s RTW and Textile Accessories across European Zones.
- Prepare weekly performance reporting and KPI monitoring (by zone, by product) and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and best‑selling items; follow up on implementation of action plans with local teams.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses, product reviews and competitor benchmarking to inform assortment and replenishment decisions.
- Prepare and organise monthly zone meetings, including presentation materials and follow‑up documentation.
- Assist Merchandisers during showroom buying sessions and contribute to purchase preparation.
- Support product launch activities and cross‑functional coordination with Visual Merchandising, Training and Supply Chain.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) programme in a business school or equivalent university degree.
- School internship agreement (convention de stage) required for the full‑time 6‑month placement.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong analytical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and demonstrable interest in fashion retail.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks and rapidly achieve autonomy in a demanding environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry‑level: a prior internship or short experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning or Retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in business, fashion management or a related discipline; school internship convention required.
