CELINE internship: Retail Merchandising Assistant – Haute Parfumerie & Beauty in Paris, France. 6-month role supporting luxury fragrance & beauty category.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis of the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including data consolidation, key insights, and fragrance ambassador metrics
- Coordinate 360° activations in support of new product launches and boutique openings, ensuring internal communication alignment
- Organize regular meetings with the worldwide fragrance and beauty ambassador community, create and distribute seasonal communications, and track performance of annual challenges
- Execute competitive analysis of luxury beauty brands during key commercial periods, monitoring novelties, digital communications, and pop-up activations
- Prepare and participate in bi-monthly regional meetings, manage regional requests, and coordinate cross-functional support for specific initiatives including committee meetings and strategic planning
- Lead one end-to-end merchandising project from conception to execution
Qualifications
- Bac +4/5 degree from a business school or equivalent university program
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and agility in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Prior experience in a fashion house or luxury brand is advantageous
