Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for the Shoes business unit including sales, sell-through rates, and average retail value (AVR), implementing targeted corrective actions with regional teams
- Collaborate with Business Planning, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, Marketing and other business units to harmonize and maximize product launches
- Develop and refine assortment and cluster strategies by zone and collection, managing core permanent offerings and determining optimal buying strategies
- Lead showroom organization and measurement, including pre-buy estimation, central pre-buy coordination, shop segmentation tools, and OTB (open-to-buy) construction with regional buyers
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and monitoring across geographies, implementing strategic price adjustments to maintain brand positioning equilibrium
- Prepare comprehensive collection briefs incorporating seasonal sales performance, competitive and pricing intelligence by zone, and identified regional market requirements
- Chair all buyer meetings with regional teams regarding assortments, quantity reviews, and collection debriefs, ensuring alignment of inventory levels, OTB compliance, and market-specific commercial strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in retail merchandising, preferably acquired within the luxury sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
