Celine seeks experienced Retail Merchandiser – Leathergoods in Paris to support global merchandising strategy execution across European zones.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute weekly sales monitoring and sell-through analysis by region, initiating reorders and stock transfers as necessary
- Prepare ad-hoc business analysis for central department meetings and executive presentations
- Develop buying plans and pre-buy quantities for buying sessions; conduct region-specific analysis to support decision-making
- Advise and support regional merchandisers to ensure central guidelines are applied consistently; prepare and facilitate zone reviews
- Coordinate with production and supply chain partners throughout the season to guarantee on-time deliveries
- Manage day-to-day merchandising requests from local teams and provide centralized coordination
- Collaborate with global visual merchandisers to ensure retail displays align with sales trends and brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyse regional retail price positioning across the assigned zones
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying positions within luxury fashion
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills
- Product sensibility and category expertise
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments
- International experience (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail merchandising or buying positions within the luxury goods sector, with demonstrated expertise in leathergoods categories and multi-region management.
