Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of four controllers, organising workloads, coaching for skill progression and ensuring delivery of individual and collective objectives.
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly retail and e‑commerce performance reporting by boutique, zone and channel; guarantee accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Define, monitor and refine KPIs (revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate, inventory, shrinkage, etc.) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate the annual budget process and rolling forecasts for the Retail and E‑commerce perimeter; contribute to setting revenue, margin and cost targets by store and zone.
- Deliver deep-dive variance analyses between actuals and budgets/forecasts, identify drivers, and propose corrective action plans.
- Perform strategic studies (store opening profitability, promotion analysis, new collection performance) to inform Top Management decisions.
- Identify cost optimisation levers and contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, E‑commerce, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure aligned commercial and financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Management Control or equivalent (Master’s degree or grande école).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in management control, with substantial exposure to retail or luxury environments and prior line management responsibility.
- Proven expertise in retail financial metrics (inventory management, store performance indicators, margin analysis).
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses to Top Management.
- Strong leadership, autonomy, rigor and a results-driven commercial mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.

Minimum 10 years in management control with significant experience in retail or luxury; proven track record of managing teams and delivering strategic financial analyses to senior stakeholders.
Education
Advanced degree in Finance, Management Control, Business School diploma or equivalent.
