Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Director and Operations Manager for the South Europe market in daily retail and operational processes, acting as a central point for the regional store network.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reports; analyse sales trends and KPIs by country and store typology to drive commercial decisions.
- Monitor inventory and stock KPIs (receptions, transfers, reservations) using internal tools and PowerBI to ensure high qualitative standards and accurate stock flow.
- Assist with retail operations administration including supplier coordination, invoicing, planning and licences; support new openings, pop-ups and retrofit projects in collaboration with Head Office.
- Partner with Retail Operations, IT, E‑commerce, Maintenance, Logistics and Customer Service to troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
- Oversee onboarding logistics for new store employees (devices, staff looks) and ensure grooming guidelines and back-office procedures are correctly implemented.
- Follow the cycle count calendar and monitor inventory outcomes and after-sales processes to ensure compliance with procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Economics, Business Management, Fashion Business, Law, Engineering or a related discipline (bachelor's or equivalent).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with PowerBI is a strong plus.
- Interest in compliance topics (health & safety, anti-corruption, data protection).
- Excellent organisational skills, prioritisation ability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sense of ownership, empathy and curiosity.

Entry-level / beginner: suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or exposure to retail operations or reporting is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Business Management, Fashion Business, Law, Engineering or related fields.
