Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager in daily operations, focusing on commercial coordination between Head Office functions and the retail network in France.
- Monitor sales and performance metrics for each boutique.
- Compile and communicate quarterly and semi-annual incentive results to Store Managers.
- Track team performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare and follow up on action plans and timelines based on business needs.
- Organize network activities, including meetings and showroom schedules.
- Define and manage projects, such as digitalized remote sales initiatives.
- Oversee uniform management and identify best practices across boutiques.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university, with a specialization in fashion/luxury preferred.
- Demonstrates rigor, organization, proactivity, and motivation.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and availability.
- Passionate about fashion, dynamic, autonomous, mature, and proactive.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or a related field.
