Quality Control Intern at Celine, Strada in Chianti (FI). Support luxury leather goods quality management starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback and product complaints to identify defects and recurring quality issues linked to materials and production processes, with emphasis on rapid problem identification and resolution recommendations
- Recognize emerging product defects and quality trends in real time, preparing clear reports to support preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to quality reporting by collecting, processing, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel, Power BI, and JD Edwards platforms; prepare and distribute periodic reports for internal and partner stakeholder audiences
- Create and maintain packaging technical specifications and data sheets, ensuring compliance with the maison's quality standards and brand positioning guidelines
Qualifications
- Student enrolled in technical or fashion-focused academic programs
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and report generation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
- Team-oriented collaborative mindset with effective internal and external communication skills
