CELINE — Paris: PXM IS Owner (Product Experience Management) role in Paris (hybrid), responsible for PIM/DAM and omnichannel product experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evangelise the digital product vision and roadmap for PXM across omnichannel touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and UX principles.
- Drive the development, adoption and long‑term value of product information and asset management tools (PIM, DAM, digital configurator); shape architectural decisions for product-related applications.
- Specify functional and technical requirements, prioritise backlog by business value, and manage releases through development, testing and production deployment.
- Coordinate and pilot cross‑functional initiatives with Retail, E‑commerce, Images, Merchandising, Supply Chain and IS teams; report to the IS Omnichannel Manager within Customer Solutions (DSI).
- Manage third‑party vendors and suppliers engaged in implementation and application maintenance.
- Provide level‑3 functional support, stabilise tier 1–2 incident handling, and guarantee system stability (security, upgrades).
- Design technico‑functional processes, document product assets and train business users to maximise tool adoption.
- Maintain technology and market intelligence in the digital asset and PXM domain to inform innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in information systems project management, with cross‑functional scope.
- Demonstrable experience working in the fashion or retail sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid command of Agile project delivery; familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and training skills; capacity to challenge processes and lead consensus.
- Knowledge of Akeneo and Bynder is a plus.

Experience
At least 5 years in IS/product management with cross‑departmental programs, including hands‑on delivery of PIM/DAM or comparable digital product information initiatives in fashion or retail.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
