Celine hiring Purchasing Assistant – Perfumes & Cosmetics apprentice in Paris. Alternance contract starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the purchasing process for perfumes and cosmetics products
- Create purchasing information sheets (FIA) for vendor order processing
- Ensure component supply chain continuity for ongoing projects through systematic supplier tracking
- Monitor vendor performance on production timelines, deliveries, and compliance
- Participate in request for proposal (RFP) management for new projects, including dossier preparation, vendor response collection, and offer analysis
- Support price, delivery timeline, and payment term negotiations with external suppliers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), Master's degree (Bac+4), or equivalent in Business School or equivalent university programme
- Prior internship experience in perfumery or cosmetics industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Collaborative team player with solid interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for the perfumes, cosmetics, and luxury sectors
